About Me
I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation on and off the mat since 1998. My passion for yoga and the journey through self-awareness inspired me to become a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher in 2010. The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the inner-dependency of all these aspects in personal health and well-being. As a Mom of two, I feel bringing yoga and mindfulness to our youth is essential, which led me to pursue my kids yoga teacher certification through Young Warriors. Yoga is union and creates connections from the inward out. My hope is to bring yoga to all beings, both on and off the mat.Â
Yoga is my connection to myself and the world. A place that I call home in my heart and on my mat. Even as a young child my mother always told me I was a seeker; I suppose I asked a lot of questions. After traveling the world in search of the answers, I've found my home, my yoga, in my heart. This is the gift I want to share, the gift of wholeness in mind, body and spirit. As a practitioner of yoga and meditation for over fifteen years; I understand the challenges and triumphs that arise in creating your own practice and just simply getting on your mat. My offerings are a guide to support you on your own path and awareness in connecting your whole self through the union of Yoga and Mindfulness.
My Classes

Surrender to Your Mat
Surrender to Your Mat pushes you to dive deeper into your practice. The focus is on surrendering to the moment, dynamic breathing and surrendering to the moment. A special emphasis on letting go and breathing into the posture to create presence.

Relax and Renew
My Sweat & Let Go class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life. Grab a mat, don’t forget your water bottle, and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.
